Client: A mid-sized restaurant group Service: Content Designing Timeline: 3 months
The Challenge The client had strong food and a loyal in-person customer base, but their social content was inconsistent — a mix of low-resolution phone photos, no visual identity, and no repeatable content system. Engagement was flat and the content didn’t reflect the quality of the actual dining experience.
What We Did
- Established a cohesive visual identity for social — consistent color grading, typography for text overlays, and a signature photo/video style
- Built a repeatable content library: dish highlight reels, behind-the-scenes kitchen content, and customer moment features
- Designed platform-specific content — vertical Reels for Instagram/TikTok, and static carousels optimized for feed browsing
- Created branded templates for recurring content types (weekly specials, events, reviews) so content could be produced faster and consistently
- Introduced motion graphics for menu launches and promotional announcements
The Results (3 months)
- Average engagement rate increased 4.1x across Instagram and TikTok
- Reel views grew from an average of ~800 to over 12,000 per video
- Saves and shares — a strong indicator of content quality — increased by 260%
- Foot traffic mentions and tagged posts from customers increased noticeably, extending reach organically beyond paid content
Client Takeaway “Our food always spoke for itself in person, but online it never looked like it matched the experience. Once the content actually looked professional and consistent, people started engaging with it the way they engaged with the restaurant itself.”
